W63 or SNR G82.2+5.3
Constellations: Cygnus
W63 is a large and faint supernova remnant located in the constellation Cygnus. It is catalogued as G82.2+5.3. Studies by professional astronomers have estimated the distance to be 10,000 LY. The red nebulosity in this area is unrelated to W63 as lies at a different distance.

This image was taken during several nights in July and August 2022. It was taken with narrowband filters (Hydrogen-α, Oxygen-III and Sulfure-II).

W63 is just north of Simeis 57.
This image was taken with the Celestron C9.25″ + Hyperstar and the Antlia ALP-T Dual Band 5nm Highspeed filter. Total integration time was 13h 8′ and consists of two panes.
