A closer look at NGC 1333. There are about 20 young stellar objects including Herbig–Haro objects (HH, see blow), which are formed when ionized gas ejected by stars collide with nearby clouds of gas and dust at high veolicty. Th dark nebula to the south is Barnard 205.

Barnard 203 (dark nebula). the bright object to the west is a young stellar object.

Barnard 202, also known as LDN 1449.

Barnard 204 & 206 and LBN 746.
