Constellation: Serpens

Sh2-54 (a.k.a [KC97c] G018.7+02.0) is an extended nebula (H-II region) in the constelation of Serpense. At the bottom of the image one can see the open cluster NGC 6604, which is located at a distance of 4’580 Ly of the sun. Link to interactive sky chart.
